The website http://typelab.fr/ (“Website”) is owned and operated by Floriane Rousselot located in Aix-en-Provence, France and which may be contacted by email at mail@typelab.fr

Typelab is a type design service which creates and distributes fonts. Clients can purchase font files directly on the Website by creating a client account. Should clients want a tailored made service, they can contact us directly at mail@typelab.fr


        1.  Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions, and any other applicable documents, including all the modifications that may be done by Typelab, constitute the complete agreement between the Users and Typelab in relation with the Website. The conditions of the licenses are provided in separated documents (Font Software End User License Agreement).

By accessing the Website, Users recognise that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that they accept to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


        2.  Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms at any time, and will notify you of any update or modification. Your use of the Website following any update or modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the new Terms. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms whenever you use the Website.


        3.  Account

Users shall create an account before downloading fonts.

Users shall ensure that the personal data which has been given is correct, complete and fully complies with these Terms & Conditions. The email address chosen for the registration process can be used by Typelab to communicate with the User in all cases where it considers it useful. By using the Website, Users and visitors agree that Typelab can collect and process their personal data. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your password or account.


        4.  Font Files

The Users make their choice on the Website and their choice is displayed in the cart. Then, the User shall confirm definitely the order. After the conclusion of the ordering process, the User receives an order confirmation by email. The purchased files are automatically replaced by newer files when updates are available. If the User decides to download and install the files again, please take note the files might be an updated version and therefore have slight differences. It is the User’s responsibility to archive and backup original content.


        5.  Payment Methods

Payment can be made using Stripe.

Transactions with Stripe are under their responsibility and their own Terms & Conditions.

Typelab may accept payment by bank transfer. Please contact Typelab at mail@typelab.fr, the order will be delivered only after the full amount is paid and notified.


        6.  Availability

Typelab does not warrant that the service from the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. The fonts available for sale may be withdrawn from sale without notice.

Client accounts and their contents can be removed or made inaccessible without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to archive and backup content.


        7.  Disclaimers

Typelab will not be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Or lost profits, that may arise in connection with the Website or content. Typelab makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.


        8.  Third Parties

The Website may contain links to other websites that are not owned or operated by Typelab. These linked sites are for your convenience and you access them at your own risk. We have no responsibility or liability for these websites and are not responsible for the content of such websites. Your use of such websites is subject to the terms of use applicable to each website.


        9.  Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Website. If you stop using our service without deactivating your accounts, we may deactivate your accounts due to prolonged inactivity. We may suspend or terminate your accounts or cease providing you with all or part of the Website at any time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to them.

Except as provided in these Terms, no term or condition of the Terms may be amended or deemed waived, except by a writing signed by the parties that refers to the Terms. Any claim or arbitration arising out of these Terms, including tort claims, must be resolved in Aix-en-Provence, France.
